You must be doing it tough again.  Stage 18 if the Giro and you three from the end.  I am guessing that there must be something wrong.  Just hang in there and make it to Milan.

An update on your blog would be interesting to know what the other side of pro cycling is like.  The part where you hurt all day, but strength of character means you don't pull out.

Good luck Jack. Have seen your Norton Summit ride on You tube of course. Me and my (old and fat) friends ride up there every weekend at considerably slower speed, it is truly amazing to see the video of you. Was hoping to see your name in TDF list, but I am sure you are working towards London next year.

Rather disappointed to see you didn't make the Tour de France roster :-( Maybe my name sake didn't see your Norton Summit ride on You tube ;-)

Hi Jack - you're an amazing athlete and your individual pursuit record was jaw droppingly supurb and superhuman.  My brother Andrew and I think that you can take on the *hour record* now.  We would dearly love to see you go faster than Boardman, Merckx, Indurain and other greats whose names your's belongs next to.

I was on the mountain at the Nationals and was blown away by your aggressive ride and now to smash Boardmans record - just brilliant!  I wrote a comment on your ride on SBS Cycling Central site. I had a crack at the poms for downgrading your effort - Wiggins couldn't beat the record nor anybody else, yet unbelievably you are only 21 and had been focussing on the roads just prior to your awesome ride. Congratulations on beating the world record for the 4000m pursuit. You are an inspiration to me and all the other juniors I race against.I will be watching the national championships on saturday at Dunc Gray.

A brilliant ride today. I was a spectator at the top of the mountain today at Bunninyong and was blown away by your aggressive riding and your outstanding effort to ride solo for the last 3 laps and beat off an elite group of riders.   

It is exciting times for us Aussie fans to see you and the other younger guys like the Meyer brothers, Leigh Howard and Co taking no prisoners nor worrying about reputations.
