THE greatest cyclist of all time, Lance Armstrong, wants Gawler whiz-kid Jack Bobridge on his new team next year.

Days after announcing he would leave Astana and set up his own team, known as Team RadioShack in 2010, Armstrong said he would “love to have a kid like Bobridge” riding alongside him.

“He is complete and he is aggressive, which is really cool to see for a young guy no fear,” Armstrong told the Sydney Morning Herald.

“But he needs the right program to develop him, I think.”

Bobridge’s camp said it would seriously consider any proposal from the seven-time Tour de France winner. “It’s definitely flattering,” Jack’s father, Kahl Bobridge, said....
